Clients can shortlist by a variety of categories which include location, project value, credentials and specialism, the latter via search terms of a client's own choosing, to ensure a controlled shortlist of specialists suited to a particular project.

Our award & assign format also enables any DPS registrant to be assigned contracts, directly or via min-competition (client's choice) our flat roofing & pitched roofing. frameworks. so the client can run contracts with both roofing contractor and roof safety specialist in parallel.

This delivers two major benefits: Firstly, the client can contract both programmes within the same procurement. And secondly, the risks associated with different contractors voiding each other's ' warranties are mitigated as the contractors co-operate and co-ordinate the delivery of their respective works.
