Hartley are registered on the B2G DPS, and any UK contracting authority can assign any contract to Hartley, either directly or via mini-tender, to deliver any project or programme anywhere in the UK. They can do this thanks to B2G's 'award & assign' format, where a client direct awards the appointed system supplier via the framework and the contract is then assigned to their approved contractor to install. 

B2G 'award & assign' 

Our 'award & assign' format enables all or part of a project or programme to be assigned under the auspices of the B2G framework to a specialist registered on the B2G DPS (either directly or via mini-competition). The DPS registrant then contracts with the client for that element of the project/programme, and delivers it whilst fully adhering to the same standards set out in the framework terms. This has multiple benefits:

• clients can streamline interconnected programmes into a single procurement, 

• risk is correctly assigned and controlled within the supply chain;

• clients can access the best available and most suitable suppliers at all times, for every phase of a project; and

• clients can optimise and expand the supply chain and avoid the limitations of a 'closed shop' 

With regards to flat roofing systems, it also assures clients of the full involvement of a leading national system supplier in both design & warranty, whilst contracting directly with a trusted contractor, like Hartley, to manage & deliver all on site operations.
